The HRB Series provides the ideal solution for flexible and accurate production. The AMADA HRB series combines a new frame design with the reliable and recognised features of the HFE3i series. To further increase productivity, these bending machines are equipped with the latest innovative AMNC 3i multi-touch screen interface with Lite mode. Thanks to the new optional automatic crowning device, high-quality parts can be produced with increased accuracy, whilst maintaining low energy costs and incredible process stability. The range covers 50 to 220 tonnes and 2 to 4 metres.

The HRB features latest-generation AMNC 3i numerical control, the digital heart of the solution. Its 18.5’ touchscreen, with its user-friendly interface and new LITE mode, enables complete management of the process, machine and all its functions, through a simple, intuitive approach.

The back gauge of the HRB series has been designed to be precise, fast and reliable, offering excellent performance and gauging flexibility. The standard configuration has two traditional X axes, plus the optional X Delta X, independent Z axis and R axis functions. The back gauge of the low tonnage HRB is also equipped with AMADA’s patented FAST (Finger with Active Safety Technology) system to guarantee the best performance in every situation.
